Hi! We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our home in Finsbury Park, as my current housemate is moving out at the end of the tenancy in May.

The Room (£1333):
The room is the entire loft floor, so it’s super spacious, cosy, and filled with natural light. Rent is £1333 per month, with bills around £120 (and hopefully a bit less in the warmer months).

The Flat:
* Just off Stroud Green Road, with loads of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby

* Right by Parkland Walk and Finsbury Park - perfect for walks, runs, or picnics

* Large open-plan kitchen/living space, a roomy bathroom, and a sunny private terrace

* A really calm, homely place that we genuinely love living in

Hannah (24)
Works in film and TV (aspiring director🤩) loves writing, cinema trips, gigs, park walks or runs, nights out, and chilled evenings at home.

Alessia (23)
Half Italian, working full-time at a talent agency in the West End. She’s into theatre, galleries, live music, and cosy nights in.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’d love someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing, someone who’s up for the occasional flat hang (like dinners or TV nights), but also enjoys their own space. We’re a sociable flat but really respect each other’s downtime too, so it’s a nice balance.
