Hello!

I (Jessie) am moving out of my gorgeous room to move in with my boyfriend (adulting!!)

Both rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Jessie’s also has an addition of a bedside table (wardrobe not pictured in one of the rooms but they’re the same)

About us:

My name is Oran (31), I’m from Dublin and I work in recruitment. I am also an actor so manage to do both!
In my spare time I also like to go to the gym and spend time with my friends going out for coffee/cocktails/dinners 😊

Our vibe in the flat is very chilled but ideally we would like someone like-minded who we can hang out with.

We are social but also appreciate our own space and downtime.
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy (not OCD) but it’s really important for our next flatmate to be the same way. It’s a cosy flat so we do appreciate some peace and quiet.

Location:
We are a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park station which is very handy and live on a quiet road just across from Finsbury Park.

Clissold Park is also a 10 minute walk and there are lovely restaurants and cafe’s around the area - especially up towards Highbury.

Female professionals preferred who ideally work hybrid/full-time in the office.

**The flat is small and cozy, so we’re not suited to frequent overnight guests or partners staying multiple times during the week.**

Please note, the pricing relates to a recent rent increase and cannot be increased for another year (July 2027).
