Double Room in Finsbury Park

Hey! We have a room going for a single or couple in our lovely 3 bed flat in Finsbury Park, available 7 June! (Can possibly be slightly flexible, but you would need to be in by 9 June). You would need to happy for your name to go on the tenancy, no sublet available.

Location: Quiet street between Finsbury and Clissold Parks. 10 minute walk to both Finsbury Park & Manor House stations.

Room: large sunny room with small balcony and great view, lots of storage space, partially furnished and ensuite!

Costs: £1686.60 per month in rent, and bills are normally between £90 and £120 (season depending). You’d need to pay a deposit and £80 admin fee for the tenancy swap.

The flatmates:
Jenni: 29y, works in policy as a civil servant. Loves a pub quiz, the theatre, and getting out and about exploring the city and taking in the sun.
Alana, 29y: Work in Marketing at a law firm, loving exploring London and travelling!
