Spacious Room in Sociable Finsbury Park Flat

We’ve got a large double room available in our 3-bed top floor flat in Finsbury Park, as one of our housemates is moving out.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station, and right by Stroud Green Road with loads of great shops, cafés, and pubs. Despite being so close to the station, the street itself is really quiet at night, so no traffic noise.

The room itself is big with plenty of storage including under-bed space, plus additional storage downstairs for things like suitcases. It comes furnished with a bed, drawers, and wardrobe (desk not included), and works really well as a WFH space.

The flat has a combined kitchen/living area with a dining table and a very comfy L-shaped sofa. We’ve also got a washing machine and dishwasher. There’s one shared bathroom, which is spacious, full of light, and kept very clean.

Rent is £1114 per month, with bills coming to around £120 on top. Deposit is approx £1253 (need to confirm). We also currently have a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks, which we can chat about continuing!

You’ll be living with me (29) and Aanand (28). We’ve lived together for 4 years. We’re both designers – I work from home a couple of days a week, and Aanand is usually in the office. It’s a sociable flat with a shared group of friends, so there’s often a pub trip or dinner happening, but equally we respect downtime too :)

We’re looking for someone of a similar age who’s friendly, tidy, and up for the occasional social but also happy doing their own thing.
