Double Rooms - 5mins from Finsbury Park

Looking for two new housemates for this spacious, well located house in Finsbury Park.

Located 5 minutes from the station and close to the local pubs, restaurants and shops.

The house has a large shared living / dinning room, kitchen, garden and roof terrace space which is a brilliant addition so any keen gardeners or watering volunteers welcome.

The rooms advertised are both good size doubles which come with a built in wardrobe and double bed. One has use of the main bathroom of the house and the other is en suite so everyone has the own bathroom (mine is also en suite). The top bedroom with the en suite also has access to its own small private balcony.

The landlord is currently redecorating all rooms including communal areas and installing new carpets throughout so whilst it may be a bit of a building site when you come round, it will all be new, shiny and fresh by the time you move in.

The current flatmate is myself (Dan). I'm originally from Liverpool and work as a building surveyor, currently working a mixture of home and office so looking for respectful and friendly housemates to join and who are up for the occasional shared dinners and drinks. Evenings and weekends I will either be out running, catching up with mates, attending gigs/festivals, walking and exploring what London has to offer or chilling with Netflix

Bills are not included and come to around £135-£145 per month including Wi-Fi
