Its size comfortably accommodates a sleeping area, a dedicated home-working setup and a separate space to relax, making it ideal for anyone who values both privacy and room to breathe.
Being on the top floor gives the room a real sense of independence and calm, while the abundance of natural light creates a bright and uplifting atmosphere year-round. Have loved living here and am only moving on because work requires."
The House
The house has a comfortable living room and a separate kitchen, giving plenty of space to relax, cook, separately or spend time together. It's a calm, friendly home rather than a party house, and we're fortunate to have a considerate landlord who lives next door and is always helpful if anything needs attention.
The Other Housemate
You'll be sharing with one other person: James an artist and architectural designer (#fearon gold) who enjoys walking going to galleries and occasionally having a drink at the neighbourhood local. The household is clean and respectful, although not obsessively so.
What housemate is looking for
Love to find someone who is respectful queer friendly, easy-going and I treated in life.
The Area
close to crouch hill (5min walk) and Finsbury park (10-15min walk)
lots of lovely local pubs. slightly off the main street so easy for shops but quite and friendly Steet.
The photos were taken before moving in; the house is now more lived-in, with artwork, books, and personal touches throughout. So is partly furnished.
The landlord
the landlord is very nice family who live next door and easy to get on with. they will ask for background checks
