👥 The Flatmates
You’ll be living with one guy and one girl (Annabelle and Debai), both working locally in marketing and media. We’re friendly, respectful, and keep the flat clean and relaxed. We are easy going, we enjoy our independence but also occasionally, share meals, head out locally and have a drink together. We are into fitness, arts, music, food, nature and enjoy exploring London via various experiences.

• £850/month – all bills included. Monthly cleaner included
• Shared kitchen and bathroom

The flat is 1 minute from Finsbury Park Station with quick access to the Victoria & Piccadilly lines plus National Rail - perfect for commuting anywhere in London. You’re also surrounded by cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, gyms. If you are into nature, Finsbury Park and Clissold park are a short away walk away.

We’re looking for someone mid-20s to early-30s, working regular daytime hours.
Ideally you’re:
• Clean and considerate
• Social but respectful of personal space
• Standard working hours
