Double Room in Finsbury Park

Looking for someone to fill my place in a large and bright room, as I have an opportunity to work abroad indefinitely from late June.

The ground-floor flat is on a very quiet street between Finsbury Park and Green Lanes. It has a small garden that surprisingly gets a lot of sun.

You'd be living with Max, a gardener who is very chill, a great cook and loves the pub. We met a few years ago in a different sublet around the corner and have been close friends since.

I'm pretty flexible on whether you would prefer to sublet or take my place on the rental agreement.

Bills aren't included, but have never gone above £200 per month.
