The flat itself is an old Victorian house conversion. It is on the ground floor with a secure entrance from our (private!) garden. All 3 bedrooms are ideally separated for flat share purposes (no walls shared) — a bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is small but equipped, bathroom (with bath tub). We have a huge garden which is amazing in summer and having friends over — and great for drying washing on a practical level.

Bills are approx. 140 per month depending on the energy consumption. Deposit is £799.

The flat is administered by an agency, so references would be required. They usually ask for proof of employment/UK-based guarantor, right to rent so make sure you have those!
