Huge Room in Finsbury Park (mid Aug - Oct)

I am going abroad for 2 months and am looking to sublet my room for 6-8 weeks while I am gone. I am flexible on dates so please do ask!

The room is a large double room available from August 2026 in an large, detached 5 bedroom house with private garden. Bills are included and there is a cleaner every other week!

Rent is £1200pcm (inc. bills) and the deposit is £500 (~1/2 months rent, excl. bills).

As room is fully furnished with a great double bed and mattress, drawers, shelves. and a desk. We have a large basement to store my things, so I’m happy to leave as much or as little as little in the room as you would like.

• 10-15 min walk to Finsbury Park (bus stop also 2 mins from house which takes you to Finsbury Park station in 5 mins)
• <5 min walk to Crouch Hill overground (Suffragette line)
• 15 min walk to Archway (bus stop also 2 mins away which takes you to Archway station)
• 2 mins walk to Stroud Green Road Shops and restaurants
• 15 mins walk to Crouch End broadway
• 15 mins to Hampstead heath via overground or bike
• Parkland walk access acrross the road!

You'll be living with 5 incredibly friendly housemates all in their late 20s or early 30s and are all working professionals in marketing, tech, law, finance and sustainability. They are all very friendly and we often spend evenings after work together in the kitchen, but also very much have our own lives.
