I’m looking for a female to replace my girlie flatmate in a fully refurbished (2023) 2 bed flat! The flat is only a 4 minute walk from Manor House station (Zone 2) right next to Finsbury Park. A fellow female is desired and more than preferred.
My name is lena, I am in my late twenties and run my own company. I’ve been living in this flat since August 2023 as the lead tenant and call it my home.
The flat is managed by a fairly reasonable letting agency. It comes with 2 spacious bedrooms, a roomy kitchen which has a smaller dining area and a very modern bathroom. Neighbours are quiet, everyone is mindful and minding their own business. It’s a pretty decent neighbourhood.
Rent is £1075 per person without bills and I’m trying to get it down to £1000 per person for the new tenancy starting at the end of August.
Electric, heating, water and wifi combined are roughly £95 a month per person. Council tax is about £85 per person! Please calculate just under £200 for everything included per month.
The deposit is linked to the amount of rent so it will be around £1200 for you. (5-6 weeks of rent).

As I have a bit of cleaning thing, I need someone who matches a similar level of cleanliness as well as tidiness as I can’t cope otherwise. I’m veggie but to each their own - if you are veggie, even easier for both of us! You either need to be FULL TIME EMPLOYED or a mature FULL TIME STUDENT.
