Cosy Room in a Lovely Flat, Great Location!

I’m moving out this summer and looking for someone to fill my room in this lovely flat.

The room is on the smaller side, but there’s space for a double bed, chest of drawers and a side table. There is also space under the bed for storage as well as wardrobes across the hall that are yours to use.

The gorgeous massive living room is a sun trap and there is even an (unofficial) balcony with great views at sunset. Both flatmates are usually out during the day in the week (Carolyn is a teacher and Alice is in the office most days) so I’ve had no issues working from home in the living room with a monitor, although it probably wouldn’t be an ideal set up if you’re fully remote.

The location is amazing - both well-connected and really green. The flat is a 5 min walk from Manor House station (Piccadilly line) and 10 mins from Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly, Victoria, Thameslink).

Clissold and Finsbury parks are a few minutes away and the West Hackney Reservoir is right on our doorstep, which is great for swimming in the summer. Stoke Newington/Church Street is a short walk away through Clissold park.

There are loads of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. There are also 2 Sainsbury’s Locals and a co-op within a 10 minute walk radius, and the retail park on Green Lanes (big Sainsbury’s, ALDI, B&Q etc) is less than 20 minutes on foot.

It’s a friendly, super clean, and comfortable flat where we’ll sometimes have a few friends round for dinner etc but it’s not a party house. Looking for a professional in the sort of twenties-ish age range (both the remaining flatmates are 26) who would be happy with a similar vibe.

It’s available from July 12. Bills usually come to around £115/month and we split the deposit equally so it’s £1135 (5 weeks’ rent split 3 ways). Please message with a bit about yourself if you’re interested! I’ll be doing viewings next Saturday or can do video calls if that’s easier.
