Small double room - Finsbury Park with own terrace

Hey! We have a double unfurnished room in our flat available from mid-late July (can be flexible on date).

The room is south facing, on its own floor and has a private terrace (accessible via a window mind) - it’s a small space but is quite cosy - especially in the colder morning months.

The flat itself is set over 3 floors with a communal south facing terrace. I love gardening so have lots of things growing - tomatoes, courgettes, chillis, herbs etc!

The flat has an open plan living room
and kitchen with windows on both sides of the room. Nice bathroom with shower.

Tidy and clean flat - but not in an intense way!

Me: 30 year old queer guy - lots of creative hobbies including making music and art - works at an arts uni and tv binger. loves gardening and the outdoors - possibly not very good at describing myself hahah

Other flatmate: 30 year old male - just moved to London from Scotland, into bouldering, making music, quizzing and the outdoors!

Ideally looking for someone chill who enjoys socialising but can respect people’s space and need for alone time.

Would love another queer person to join the flat :))
