One bright, modern, and spacious double bedroom within a 3-bed Maisonette with a garden. The flat is located in Stroud Green - bordering Islington/Haringey. About 8-10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station, with easy access to Crouch End and multiple parks. Stroud Green shops, pubs and restaurants are just a 3-minute walk around the corner and there are several Gyms not far away.

There is a large reception room, kitchen diner, modern bathroom with shower/bath, plus a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. A lovely-sized garden (the one with grass in the photos) is accessed at the rear via a spiral staircase. Also, the bedrooms are all equal in size and comfortably fit a queen-sized bed along with multiple nightstands and dressers.

We're looking for a very clean, respectful, and fun person to move into the open room starting from the beginning of August. We've lived here for 7 and 4 years respectively, and we love it here! But one of our flatmates is moving, so we are opening their room up for someone new to join the house. We've been a sociable household, but also enjoy our own space and some peace and quiet. Ideally, would be looking for people who respect the shared areas and who keep them clean, whilst also enjoying a movie night or fun night out - local pub trips will be common.

We both work in the creative industry, one of us is an animator, and the other is a filmmaker. But we welcome anyone from any industry or background :)

The flat is fully furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished (but it has a bedframe and mattress. The landlord is flexible about tenants bringing their own furniture. The contract is a 1-year contract.
