I'm moving out of this gorgeous two bed flat to go travelling and I'm looking for someone to replace me! You'll be living with Ally, a kiwi who moved to London about two years ago to work at a tech start up. Looking for chilled vibes, someone who loves a sunny drink in the garden or a dinner party. It's a beautiful and homely flat which I'm incredibly sad to be leaving

A few extra things to note:

* Room is available from 6th October - not a huge amount of flexibility on that, but happy to discuss and see what we can figure out
* The flat was originally rented unfurnished, but your room comes with a bed and a built in wardrobe. There is also a built in cupboard with a clothes rail in the spare room. The living room and kitchen are now fairly well furnished
* Deposit is £1254, plus the letting agent will ask for references
*Council tax is currently £172 per month, so £86 each (band D in Hackney)
* Currently we've been putting around £100 per month each towards energy, water and wifi which has covered our costs well
