Newly renovated flat in Finsbury Park, around a 7-minute walk or a shorter bus ride from Finsbury Park Underground and mainline station.

The room is a quiet, garden-facing single with a large window, plenty of natural light and lots of built-in storage. It also has a brand new John Lewis mattress.

Well connected for work, with direct access to the West End on the Victoria Line and into the City via Thameslink.

Looking for someone Monday to Friday, although the arrangement is more flexible than that. You’re welcome to stay a weekend each month if useful.

I work in Central London four days a week and have a typical mix of being at work and out. I’m also usually out of London for between one and three weekends a month.

The flat is relaxed, clean and easy-going. Looking for someone similar who wants a comfortable, well-located London base during the week.

The room is also available for short-term summer use for 2 to 3 months (including all weekends). The rent will be marginally higher than advertised, and the bills wouldn't be included.
