The flat is split over two floors in a large Victorian house. It is 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a separate lounge and kitchen. It has two small balcony spaces and is modern/recently renovated.

Rooms:
both rooms are furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. we’re also happy to negotiate selling remaining furniture if you want it! the rooms are virtually the same size, one is marginally bigger in size but has a smaller wardrobe. both rooms share a bathroom.

The Location:
It is approx. 10 min walk to Finsbury Park tube & overground station. Similarly about 10 min walk to Holloway Road for buses and 15 min walk to the park. There are a couple of nice cafes right around the corner too!

Flatmates:
You'll be sharing with two girls in their late twenties, one brit who is a doctor and an aussie who works in project management. both girls work in the office everyday, but our resident doctor does have the odd weekday off depending on her shift roster. it’s a super social house and enjoy a trip to the pub from time to time! they girls are also very house proud and keep a tidy flat, looking for someone to join who is the same vibe!
