Large double room available from mid-late August on the edge of Finsbury Park, bordering Stoke Newington and Highbury. 6 minute walk to Manor House station and 12 minute walk to Finsbury Park station. We’re super lucky with quick access to green spaces, with Finsbury Park itself located 200m down the road and only a 10 minute walk to Clissold Park. We love the area!!

You’ll be living with three Aussies in our early 30s: Abby, Matt and James. We love heading to the pub or hanging out in the house together (bonus points if you like Peep Show)

The room itself is super spacious and comes with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe and additional clothes rack. The flat has two bathrooms so you’ll only be sharing with one other person

The deets: £800 per month (not including bills, which come to around £120 per month). You’ll also be required to pay a bond of £933.
