Double room Finsbury Park £1000 p/month inc. bills

Bright double room available in a relaxed 2-bed flat approx 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station, with Harringay and Crouch Hill stations also nearby. Less than a 2 min walk from Parkland Walk/the park, with lots of cafes and pubs nearby.

Looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate who's happy to chat over the odd drink or dinner/hang out but also values their own space and has a life outside of the flat. I've lived here for around five years and love the area. I work in in PR and am into running, yoga, cooking, reading, festivals/live music.

One thing to note - the house is close to the railway, so there is some train noise - you get used to it quickly, but worth knowing upfront.
