room 1 - £820pcm - can come furnished if needed, built in wardrobe, loads of space for a desk and a huge window looking out onto greenery.
room 2 - £791pcm - slightly smaller but still has a built in wardrobe and can come furnished if needed.
the location is honestly so good !! we're on a really quiet hidden road so it feels super safe, but only a few minutes from the overground and tube !!
you're also really close to Sainsbury's, The Dusty Knuckle, The Finsbury and loads of nice cafés, pubs and shops.
shared bathroom with 1 other flatmate.
about me - i'm 26 and work in film & tv as a prop buyer <3
just looking for people who are friendly, respectful and happy to keep the flat clean and tidy !!
i think my current flatmates are taking the table and the sofa so just an FYI x
