Hi there! We are Izzie and Julia, looking for a new addition to our lovely flat in Finsbury Park / Crouch End.
Viewings Sunday 9 August (late afternoon / early evening).
THE FLAT
Top floor flat within a large Victorian house. We overlook a lovely grassy area and lots of nature and trees. It’s very peaceful and we get lots of natural light!
Kitchen + bathroom + large living/dining room
THE ROOM
1 large double room available, furnished with bed / 2 wardrobes / chest of drawers / bedside table / desk.
THE AREA
Peaceful and safe, with access to nature, but also great transport links!
Transport:
- 15 min walk to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria / Piccadilly / National Rail)
- 5 minute walk to Crouch Hill overground
- Bus stop at end of road
- 10 minute walk to Harringay Station
Nature: We are minutes away from the Parkland Walk, which takes you up to Highgate or down to Finsbury Park. We are also a 15 minute cycle from Hampstead Heath.
Swimming: many swimming options nearby, which is particularly good in the summer! West Reservoir near Manor House, Park Road Lido in Crouch End, and the ponds/lido at Hampstead Heath.
5 minute walk from Crouch End, which is a lovely ‘town/village’ vibe. Lots of charity shops, Oxfam Books and Waterstones, pubs, cafés and restaurants and 2 cinemas.

Julia, 26 (she/her) works in publishing and has lived in London for the past 3 years. Loves a trip to the pub or a gig, but also enjoys a chilled night in. Hobbies include reading, going to dance classes, knitting and a mooch around Crouch End’s charity shops. Always down to see more of London and meet new people! 🌞🤠✨
Izzie 24 (she/her) works in classical music and has lived in London for 3 years. She loves outdoor swimming at the West Reservoir, cycling around London, getting creative in the kitchen (kimchi 🥬 & kombucha 🍾) and making clothes with her sewing machine.
We’ve both lived in the flat for the past few years and have really created a homely, clean and considerate environment. We’re looking for someone to continue the good vibes and keep our flat a lovely place to come home to.
We enjoy being social as a flat and with our fun neighbours but also chill time and have our own stuff going on. Would love to spend time together enjoying the house and London, but are also keen to enjoy our own space and have guests visit.

We would prefer someone who works hybrid or office like us.
No students / self-employed / couples / pets /smokers (sorry).
