Room in a 4 bed girls house share

This is a lovely big room in a four bed maisonette in Finsbury Park. I’m moving out so I am replacing the room for my lovely housemates. Move in date would ideally be August but we are flexible if it needs to be September. The rent is £965 pcm and the deposit is £1298 (the ad didn’t let me put the deposit in the property information). We have a kitchen and living room together, two bathrooms and a garden that gets lots of sun! You'd be sharing be three other girls who are in creative fields and enjoy spending time as a flat, enjoying the local pubs and parks. There are multiple shops within minutes walk and Finsbury Park station is a 7 minute walk from the house. The room would come unfurnished but if you’d like to buy any of the furniture off of me then please let me know as I’d be happy to do so!!
