Hey! We've got a furnished small double room available in our 4 bedroom flat from the 22nd of August!.

Location is right between Finsbury Park & Stoke Newington, with Manor House and Finsbury Park stations both within a 10-15 minute walk. Also the beautiful Clissold Park is literally a 3 minute walk from our humble home, with church street filled with great pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Your room is downstairs and shares a bathroom with another housemate since two of us have ensuites, easy to keep clean and no long waits for the shower!.

About us,

Drew is 31 from New Zealand, who has been here 3 years he currently works as scenic carpenter. Real chilled personality, and very creative. who's a frequent attendee to portobello market and nearest wine bars.

Matt 28 From North Devon, very friendly guy who just recently moved back to the uk from years of building structures for charities around the globe. He's currently back on sites but with the big boy pants on with an ipad. He's lovely

Sam 31 From Australia, he's been here 2 years following his career as an actor and film set builder. Always down for a good time and check out the next pub he see's .

We are a great bunch of lads who do hang together but also respect our alone time and separate friendship groups, but when it comes to sunny afternoon its highly likely we'll end up at the pub for a couple which is dangerously close to our home.

So down to you. We are hoping to have a lovely Lady come move in with us as we just don't want a full lads house. So if your that girl! hit us up!. We'd love to show you the area and welcome you to our home!.

The price will 795 pcm and a 1000 deposit bills are usually 100-150 extra depending on the season.
