Double Room in friendly flat by Clissold Park ✨

Hello,

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home right beside Clissold Park.

We have a cosy double room available from the start of September in our friendly and warm flat. Perfectly located and with access to a large garden, we think it’s a great spot! Please send us a message to introduce yourself if you’re interested.

🏡 The house:

Rent: £700 (bills not included but approximately £120)

Location: Stoke Newington/Finsbury Park/Arsenal

Available: Start of September

The room comes fully furnished and there is a large cupboard just outside the room which can be used for extra storage

📍The Location:

The house is in a perfect location, we are close to lots of green spaces and have good transport links across London.

We are a 2 minute walk from Clissold Park which is perfect for a Saturday morning coffee or run or a summer evening’s picnic

Stoke Newington is a 10 minute walk away which is full of lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants and independent shops

Finsbury Park station is a 15-20 minute walk away, and Arsenal tube station is a 10-15 minute walk. There are also buses taking you around London which stop close to the flat. Highbury and Islington is a 25-30 minute walk, and Canonbury is a 20 minute walk.

There is a large Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi all within walking distance and smaller supermarkets and shops close by.

💗 About us:

There are currently 3 of us living in the flat and we’re looking for our perfect fourth housemate. We all met through the flat and enjoy catching up when we’re all around but have lives and busy schedules outside of the house. We sometimes watch films or TV together and catch up over tea or coffee.

Alice - Alice works in programme management for a social mobility charity. Outside of work, she loves football and is an Arsenal Women’s Season Ticket holder. She also loves a spontaneous (or not so spontaneous) trip to the pub, sampling coffee from Stoke Newington’s many coffee shops and staying active.

Kate - Kate is an actor and works in fashion. She loves singing, theatre, green spaces and having a chat over a cup of tea.

Lu - Lu is a Kiwi filmmaker who loves the outdoors. She loves hiking, climbing and yoga.

👋 About you:

We’re looking for another girl in their late 20s/early 30s to join us. Ideally you'll be friendly, chilled, clean and respectful and you must be LGBT friendly. The room is quite cosy so probably not suitable for someone who works from home full time. If you think you would be a good fit please send us a message with some information about yourself.
