Spacious room in Finsbury Park - Stroud Green

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Finsbury Park from 13th September (can be flexible to end Sept if needed).

I’ve loved living here - the flat and location are amazing.

🛏️ The room
The room is really spacious and bright. It comes furnished with the large wardrobe, bed & mattress.

🏡 The flat
You’d be sharing with two lovely girls, aged 26 and 30. One works from the office full-time and the other works from the office 3 days a week, so there’s plenty of space if you work from home.

The flat was newly renovated 2 years ago, so it’s modern. It has lots of storage space in the the living room, has a coat cupboard, and two bathrooms, which makes it all very comfortable.

📍 The location

The location is one of the best things about the flat.
* It’s just off Stroud Green Road, so nearby loads of restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops, while the flat itself is on a quiet residential road. The block also feels really safe, with families often out in the courtyard.
* 12 mins to Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines, night tube). Around 30 mins to most places in central London
* 7 mins to Crouch Hill Overground, so easy to get to Hampstead Heath
* 15 mins to Manor House (Piccadilly line)
* 1 min walk to a large Tesco supermarket (not an Express!)
* 5 min walk from Finsbury Park and the Parkland walk trail

📋 Admin
The flat is managed by an estate agent. You’d be taking over my room as a name replacement on the existing shared lease. Referencing checks etc.

Rent is £1015, bills usually come to £130 p/m. Deposit is £1153.

The move-in date is 13th September, but can be flexible to do later.
