Double room in spacious flat in Finsbury Park

Looking for someone to replace me in our lovely 2-bed flat as I have bought my own place. It’s a spacious flat in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station and crouch hill overground.
The room is massive and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, 3-door wardrobe and a bookcase. I work in a hospital so no need for a desk but there would deffo be space to add one in the room if you work from home.

There is an outside communal terrace shared with a few other flats which gets a lot of sun!

You’ll be living with my lovely Scottish flat mate - we met at a local running club in 2020 and have been great friends ever since.

I’ve lived in the flat since 2021 and I’m sad to be leaving! The landlord, James, is great and very responsive if we need anything.
