Modern double bedroom with separate bathroom, gym

My name is Sergiu and I’m working in finance for a for a French bank near Liverpool Street station.

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my flatmates room as he will be moving in with his girlfriend.

Looking for someone who is easy going, clean / tidy and considerate.

About the flat and room:

The flat is really nice and modern. You will have the bedroom and bathroom to yourself (as my room has an en-suite). The kitchen and lounge area is a good size and the balcony is great for sitting out on summer nights and looking over the water and the shard.

The building complex also comes with a 24/7 concierge service, a communal garden and as mentioned, access to a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room (which is located in another building, 2 mins walk away).

Location:

The flat is located next to the Woodbury down reservoir and nature reserve which guarantees stunning views most evenings. We are a 15 minute walk from Stoke Newington high street and Clissold park - two to the highlights of northeast London. We are also 15 minutes from Harringay which has a big sainos, Aldi, Superdrug and TKMaxx.

It’s around a 5 minute walk to Manor House tube station and Finsbury Park is also just up the road with frequent buses from the main road outside the building.

About me:

I’m a calm and considerate guy. I like to cook and generally chill in the evenings - this usually consists of watching tv, playing PlayStation or some form of fitness. Although I am studying for a new qualification which keeps me quite busy I’d always be on hand for the pub quiz team!

I’m also quite an active person - I try to gym / swim most days and have also started playing tennis again.
