Lovely room in Crouch Hill/Finsbury Park

Hi there

I'm Josh, and I'm looking for a flatmate for my spare room in Crouch Hill/Finsbury Park.

The room is a quiet furnished room in a peaceful 2-bed flat, which is set back from the road and reached through a courtyard garden. While it's currently a single room, if you'd prefer to bring a double bed then you'd be welcome to (as the room easily fits a double). I'll take down the paintings and posters etc. in the room, unless you'd prefer to keep them there.

I'm relaxed, friendly and straightforward. I work as a civil servant and am in the office a few days per week, and usually spend my evenings out with friends or cooking at home.

I'm looking for someone friendly and relaxed, who is equally comfortable watching TV together or doing their own thing.

I've advertised the room for Monday-Friday, but am open to a 7 day per week rental. I'm looking to rent out the room for 6 months in the first instance, but would consider extending this. The flat is Council Tax Band C.
