I bed ground floor flat with garden

I’m looking for someone to sublet my flat while I travel for work from OCT 1 2026- Jan 1 2027, wiggle room for the right candidate.
It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath flat on the ground floor with a private garden. The flat is located 7 minutes walk from Finsbury Park Station. The neighborhood is great, lovely local shops, restaurants, and pubs a short walk away but not too close, the street is quiet and the neighbors are lovely.

I’m looking for a responsible tenant, preferably non smoker, no pets sorry due to my lease restrictions. The flat will is part furnished however I am happy to compromise on what is left out for you. I have many house plants and garden plants so if someone were to be interested in taking care of those I would offer a bit of a deal. If not that’s not your thing no worries. I will remove them for your stay.
