🏠 - large kitchen with full size fridge and plenty of storage. Washing machine and dryer. 1.5 bathrooms (full size downstairs and half upstairs). Very spacious living room, great for hosting. The room itself is upstairs, comes with chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, bed and bed side table.

👥 - you’ll be living with 3 other guys (2 Aussies and 1 Kiwi). Fraser is 25 and is working as a labourer. Ricky - 24, works in finance and Jacques - 25 works for a startup. The boys are very friendly and social. They love all things sport and a trip to the pub. They also respect each other’s privacy and like their own down time.

📍- location is amazing, 15 minute walk to Finsbury park station and a 2 minute walk to crouch hill overground station. Plenty of nice pubs and cafes to choose from. Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl are all within a 10 minute walk away. The Flat is also located above an off licence, which comes in super handy.
