my flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to move into this gorg flat! It’s a 2 bed flat and the room available is double room with huge floor to ceiling windows.

Available from 31st October.

Rent: £1,115 per month

Bills : £165 per month (varies in the winter/summer)

The flat: The room comes furnished with king sized bed, set of drawers, and there is a wardrobe built in. The living room has plenty of communal space - dining table and comfy settees to hang out.
It has loads of natural light, high ceilings so it’s very spacious and airy, a separate kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher!) and bathroom with bath/shower.

A bit about me: I’m 23 and work in the Aerospace industry, I’m ideally looking for a girl around my age who wants to make this into a nice, social home and not just a place to sleep. I've always lived with friends and enjoy pub trips, nights out, workout classes and finding new coffee spots! I love to have people round/ host dinner parties and would love for you to join/ do so too! I usually work from home 2-3 days a week but can be quite flexible with this.

Location: N4 postcode - very well connected: 5 minute walk from Crouch Hill Overground and 15 minute walk to Finsbury Park station. Close to a Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury's. Stroud Green road with loads of restaurants, pubs and shops is also right on our doorstep! The flat is also just beneath the beautiful Parkland Walk.

Admin bits: Sadly can't accept pets. The flat is on the first floor of the building with no lift (stairs only) and has access to a basement (good for storing bikes/ suitcases etc!!) Unfortunately, can’t accept students - working professionals preferred (employment letter is required)
