The room is a good size and above the kitchen so nice and warm in the winter. It backs out onto a mews behind so it's also nice and quiet. There's an ample yard to keep bicycles.

We'll be holding viewings from January 5th on weekday evenings between 7. 30-8. 30pm and possibly on some weekend afternoons.

Sharing with 3 other current housemates in their 30's so a similar age is a must.

8 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station, 3 minute walk from Crouch Hill overground, 8 minute walk from the park itself. Plenty of shops, bars restaurants on Stroud Green Road.
