The Flat- A ground floor flat in a large Victorian house 5 minutes’ walk from Finsbury Park station. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, one dinning room, a decent sized and quite pleasant garden.

The flatmates:
Two young professional guys in mid twenties who like sport, music, food and soaking- up the London culture. We socialise in the flat and around the local pubs but both have our own lives etc. We like to keep the flat tidy but we’re not anal about cleaning. So we’re looking for a friendly, laid-back and clean person who is sociable and like minded to keep a good vibe in the flat.
