Light bright double-Stroud Green - 17th February

Hi there. I have a bright, airy and comfortable double bedroom available from 17th February.

The flat is spacious, well designed, light and bright. It is a really comfortable place to be. The balcony off the lounge makes the space really airy and despite being right next to the vibrant and eclectic Stroud Green Road, it can feel like you're in an oasis.

In the summer, the sun comes flooding into the lounge in the morning. In winter, the flat is supremely cosy. It is a handy layout for 2 as you have two reception spaces to enjoy sitting in - at kitchen table with a cuppa or in lounge on the sofa.

Also separate bathroom and loo is useful.

The bedroom is a decent size - 3. m x 3.3m ish with a fitted wardrobe and haberdashery cabinet. Double bed and separate desk.

The location is second to none. A stones throw from every type of restaurant you could imagine. But as it's a no through road, the flat is generally pretty quiet. 8 min walk to Finsbury Park tube/4 min to overground Crouch Hill. Close to Parkland Walk, a nature reserve and nestled between Highbury and Islington and Crouch End for more fun options. Lido in Crouch End is lovely for an outdoor summer evening swim.

Looking for a chilled, and independent lodger, someone who is clean and tidy. But also someone who might be happy to have chat/ share meals/pop to pub occasionally. I have a busy life - lots of friends/boyfriend etc/ go away at wknds regularly but be nice to be a little social and have nice atmosphere at home too.
