The flat is cosy in winter and filled with morning sunlight in summer. It’s ideal for two people, with both a relaxed lounge and a separate kitchen/dining space to enjoy. Separate bathroom/loo also good for sharing.

The bedroom is a good size (approx. 3m x 3.3m) and comes with a double bed, desk, fitted wardrobe, and extra storage.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat—just an 8-minute walk to Finsbury Park station and 4 minutes to Crouch Hill Overground. The flat is surrounded by great restaurants, close to Parkland Walk nature reserve, and perfectly placed between Highbury & Islington and Crouch End (including the lido for summer swims).

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and independent lodger who also enjoys a chat, shared meal, or trip to the pub from time to time. I have a busy lifestyle, sometimes away at weekends etc but it would be great to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home.

£1200/1250 per month depending on WFH (bills included)
Mon–Fri let also possible (negotiable)
