I have a lovely spare double room available to rent in my flat on a Monday to Friday basis (or part-time stays). Please note this is not a full-time tenancy — ideal for someone commuting to London during the week.

Rent & Deposit:

£1000 per calendar month (all bills included)
£500 deposit + 1 month’s rent in advance

The Flat:

The flat is in a modern development just two blocks from Finsbury Park Station — less than a 5-minute walk to the tube, train and bus links.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me only. I have my own bedroom and private bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total, so you will have sole use of the main bathroom.

The living space is bright, airy and open-plan, with stylish dark wooden floors and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. There’s also a toaster, iron, ironing board, and all essential cooking utensils.
