The flat has wooden floors throughout, except the stairs and landings which are carpeted to keep the noise down.
We’re looking for one person to move in, who are equally laidback, sociable, conscientious and not afraid to pick up a dishcloth!
The flat is on Blackstock road in the heart of Finsbury Park boasting lots of independent quirky shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés. We are also close by a Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express. A 5 min walk away, Finsbury Park is amazingly well connected transport wise with the Victoria line, Piccadilly line, national rail and loads of buses to Camden, the West End and Hackney (19, 4, 236, 29, 106). The flat is equidistant from Finsbury Park and the beautiful Clissold Park and you can easily walk to Highbury, Angel, Stoke Newington and Crouch End.
Council tax and all Utilities Bills are excluded; and paid by the landlord. It’s a 12 month lease, although the landlord is pretty flexible if you needed to leave sooner, just as long as you found someone to take over your room.
