Quiet Double Room in Shared Friendly House

aThe house is on a quiet road off the hubbub of Green Lanes shops, pubs and restaurants. It is in proximity to Manor House tube (zone 2 Piccadilly Line), as well as convenient access to an Overground line and National Rail stations.

The room on offer is at the rear overlooking the garden. It's a good sized double with fitted cupboard, double bed, drawers, and a desk. There is a shared bathroom, shower, and 2 loos. The kitchen downstairs is large with a range cooker and all the usual appliances. Broadband, WiFi, bills and a weekly cleaner are all included in the rent.
The garden end of the kitchen is a communal living area with large floor-to-ceiling doors which open on to the garden. Every so often, I will stay over for a weekend with my partner, bringing two little dogs with us- however we spend six months out of the year in Suffolk.

The current house has a relaxed vibe; the flatmates are Leon and Sruti, who work in the Arts and Finance respectively. We are an easygoing household and we like having chats and getting the occasional takeaway together (vegan food occasionally, as one of the housemates is vegan) - but we also like to do our own thing. We tend to share the duties of restocking household supplies and other small chores via a rota. Although we have a weekly cleaner, we are seeking someone who is tidy and leaves the shared spaces in good order.
