1 double room in beautiful, modern garden flat

We have one furnished souterrain bedroom available in our flat in Finsbury Park (the nice bit near Stoke Newington).

A quick bit about ourselves: We are Loris, French/38/graphic designer, Aurélie, French/38/paralegal, and Viktoria, German/40/working in admin for a fashion brand. Sometimes you will find us cooking or watching TV in the common area, but most times we are busy working and enjoy our own space.

Regarding the available room: One souterrain double room with underfloor heating, nice and quiet, cool in summer and cosy in winter. The room is partially furnished including a queen sized bed, desk, and wardrobe.

The bathroom is right next door and has a shower over the bath tub. You will be sharing it with Aurélie (Loris and Viktoria have their own smaller bathroom upstairs).

The flat itself is beautiful and features huge glass sliding doors out onto a garden, loads of light, marble worktops, solid oak floors, and underfloor heating. We have an amazing landlord who is super easy to get hold of and who regularly comes over to repair and replace things. There is a big kitchen and living area, the hub of our home. We are right around the corner from Clissold Park and only a short walk from Stoke Newington Church Street away. The 341 and 141 buses go from the end of our road and loads of other bus routes are only a 3-4 min walk away. To Finsbury Park station with Victoria line/Piccadilly line/national trains/more buses you will need about 10-15 minutes.

Rent is without bills. They're about £150/month on top and include water/gas/electricity/council tax, and broadband by Virgin Media.
