Double room with own bathroom in Finsbury Park

A double room is becoming available from 25th of August in our lovely flat 10 minutes from Finsbury Park station and only 5 minutes from Clissold Park. The house is quite spacious with storage and two full-size bathrooms, open kitchen and a conservatory. We also have a large garden, perfect for those summer BBQs! Our landlord is super nice and gets things fix fairly quickly. The areas quiet and so are our neighbours.

The room

The room available is a double room on the ground floor. It's the only room on the ground floor, with your own bathroom just outside the room. The room comes with a king size bed and mattress, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room faces the front garden, but we live in a closed street so there is hardly any noise coming from outside. All the house has double glazing, and so does your room.

The room is available from the 25th of August but we have some flexibility (+/- 1 week).

Your future housemates

We are two guys and one girl from Italy and UK. We are working in the civil service and in web developing. Ages range from 30 to 37. We have busy lives and travel often for work or leisure but occasionally sharing a meal or a drink together.

About you

We are looking for someone searching for their next home and not just a room. We will like someone easy going and happy to live in a non-party house. We are unable to accept students. You must be fully employed and have the right to live in the UK, as the estate agents that manage the flat will be checking this.

Rent and bills

Rent is £730 plus bills, which come around £120-this includes a weekly cleaner. There will be a £195 agency fee for the new tenant as our contract is with an agency and £990 deposit.
