The two floor flat is a peaceful environment with three tidy professionals who are very laidback and easy to live with. The flat is kept clean and people are very respectful of each other’s space. The room comes fully furnished with good Fibre internet in the flat, a fresh shower room/toilet and a separate toilet downstairs to avoid early morning queues. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. All Bills are also included. . We require a five week deposit prior to moving in, this is protected on behalf of the tenants once received.
