Our flatmate is moving cities so up for rent is a large sized, furnished room in the heart of the city < 5 mins from three tube stations - Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regents Park. It’s in a five bedroom, three story flat above a quiet English Pub which is shut at weekends.

Minutes from Soho, Regents Park, Camden, Marylebone etc.

You'll be sharing with four flatmates: one French, one Brit, one Finnish, one Australian. We enjoy socialising as a flat but also have our own social circles. An ideal flatmate would be someone respectful of shared spaces (work from home is ok in bedroom), clean & tidy, working standard office hours.

Flat has a huge shared living room, small kitchen, two bathrooms (shower and toilet in each).. and an amazing rooftop for the summer!

The room itself is large and includes the bed, one desk, couch and wardrobe. We will confirm what else if anything is included nearer the time as our existing flatmate is moving overseas so might leave more here.

Bills are included!!! In addition we get a fortnightly cleaner and split necessities like loo roll and cleaning materials between us.

The lodging contract is month by month (min 6) with one months rent paid in advance. One months notice to vacate. All bills are included. We are looking for someone to be in the room for at least 6 months. £1250 deposit is required to hold the room and then rent paid monthly from the 1st of each month. We have a great relationship with our landlord who also owns the pub and is super responsive.
