Hi there!
I'm Julia, and I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely apartment in Fitzrovia with me as I renew the lease.
The room (1st picture) will be available from October 23rd (TBC) and comes fully furnished. The flat also has an additional room (2nd picture), which is currently used as wardrobe/storage space.
A bit about me:
I’m 26, originally from the Italian Dolomites and I work at a hotel in Mayfair. I speak Italian and German as my mother tongues. I walk to work every day - the location is super convenient, especially if you also work in the area. Having a calm and tidy home is very important to me, and I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle: reliable, considerate, and easy to get along with.
When I’m not working, I love spending my free time at the nearby pilates studio, meeting friends and trying new restaurants.
Monthly bills per person:
Rent: £1300 (fixed for 2 years)
Council Tax: £62 (Grade E)
Electricity + Gas: £67 (Direct Debit)
Water: £22 (Direct Debit)
