I'm moving out the flat and have a furnished double room with ensuite available on a quiet street in heart of Fitzrovia on the 7th floor.
It's in a duplex flat with a huge combined living room and kitchen space with a balcony. The flat is also on the 7th floor and one of the tallest buildings around so you don't have anyone overlooking the flat.
The flat is north facing so you get stunning sunset views from your room and the balcony in summer.

The location is incredible. I think it's the best location in London to live. Fitzrovia is a wonderful neighbourhood with amazing cafes and restaurants. And you're so close to Oxford Street, Regent Street, Soho, Marylebone but the flat is situated on a quiet street so it doesn't feel like you're living in the heart of the city.
It's very well connected too. Oxford Circus station is a 7 minute walk away, Great Portland Street and Goodge Street are a 10 minute walk. But you are in walking distance of so many great neighbourhoods that I often find myself walking to my destination rather than taking the tube.

The room itself is quite large and big enough to fit a desk, so ideal for someone working from home. The room comes furnished with a double bed, inbuilt wardrobe and an additional wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a small brown desk.

It's £1820 per month which is inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, broadband) and a weekly cleaner. The flat also has 1Gb hyperopic broadband so fantastic for working from home (and watching Netflix!).

We deal directly with the landlord, which has been great as he is incredibly responsive and is always on top of things when ever we've had any issues.

This will be a straight tenancy swap, so you will pay the deposit to my account when you move in.

The current flatmate is called Rafael and is an entrepreneur that works from home. He is incredibly friendly and sociable and speaks many languages so there's always something to learn every time you talk to him. He lives a healthy lifestyle and likes a calm and quiet house, but happy to have people over occasionally for dinner and drinks. If this sounds like you as well then you will fit right in!
