We are looking for someone to replace our current housemate in the biggest room. The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (both new in April this year) & is very bright and airy with three large windows. The rest of the flat is pretty much furnished, so it is move in ready including a WFH nook in the hallway :) The location is fantastic being both central and super calm. Rent is 1350 pcm (plus an equal split of bills - about 100-110 mark> each month).
