Big bedroom in super central flat

Hi all,

The house has a big living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a private outdoor area (perfect for summer sunbathing & a rarity in London). We absolutely love it, and it also comes with tons of storage space.

We are looking for someone to replace our current housemate in the biggest room. The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (both new in April this year) & is very bright and airy with three large windows. The rest of the flat is pretty much furnished, so it is move-in ready including a WFH nook in the hallway :)

The location is fantastic being both central and super calm. Rent is £1320 pcm (plus an equal split of bills - about 100-110 mark > each month).

We're looking to find our new housemate in sync with the current lease (starting on the 20th of July). But move-in can be earlier, if need be and proportionate rent, will be discussed.
