Furnished Double Room in Fitzrovia Flat (W1)

Hi, I’m looking for someone to join a 12-month lease for this two-bed flat with me in central London from 7th of October onwards.

Basic Info:
- Available 7th of October
- Furnished double room
- 4 min walk to Regents Park and Great Portland Street
station
- £1050 pcm + bills (council tax = £40 each)
- Deposit = 5 weeks rent
- Ideally a girl in their early/mid 20s and not a student (for council tax reasons)

My friend’s been living in this flat for two years but she's moving out at the end of September to go traveling so I want to take over the flat. The landlord has agreed to not put the flat on the market as long as I can find someone by the end of next week to take the other room (not to pay the deposit etc. just to get the referencing process started). It's super cheap rent for the area so I’m hoping to find someone asap!

I need to let the landlord know who will be taking the second room by Friday the 23rd of August so that he doesn’t put the flat on the market. I’m looking to do viewings this Wednesday.

It’s a two-bed flat with a mini dining room and has a dishwasher and a washing machine etc. The landlord is pretty friendly and happy to sort out any issues. Fitzrovia is a very cute and safe area with loads of lovely cafes, shops and obvs regent's park.
