Hey everyone!
A very large double room will become available in our 2-bed flat from the start of December 2024, as my flatmate is sadly leaving London to go travelling. So I am looking for a new flatmate who will take over his room until the end of June 2025 (when the current lease ends).
All utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water, unlimited heating, WiFi), so only Council Tax is payable in addition.
About the room: Very spacious master bedroom, with a huge built-in wardrobe, two large double-glazed windows. Fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chests of drawers, desk, chair etc.
About the flat: Situated on the 5th floor of a very secure and well-maintained building (with 2 lifts, CCTV and a video entry system) in the centre of Fitzrovia. The flat has a large bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate living room (plus extra closets for storage). The added bonus is a big airy balcony to enjoy lovely views on warmer days.
About the location: literally unbeatable! Nested between Marylebone and Bloomsbury, while also next to Regent’s Park. Tube connections are super convenient and include:
- Great Portland Street (5 min)
- Warren Street (6 min)
- Goodge Street ( 7 min)
- Oxford Circus (9 min)
About me: I’m a law graduate from Greece currently in the process of qualifying as a solicitor with a City law firm. I am often at the gym (we got 3 gyms in a 5-min radius), the cinema or just grabbing a coffee with friends. When I’m at home, I like to unwind and have some downtime, catch up on the latest Netflix binge or read a book etc. I appreciate peace and quiet so I would always be respectful of your space and routine, but also, I am happy to chat when we are both around!
About you: A young professional with a similar mindset, who is clean and considerate of our shared space and likes to keep the place nice and tidy. Someone friendly with a nice balance of socialising while also having their own life/thing going on. Please single occupancy only and no full-time WFH people.
