We are 4 girls (French, Finnish, Australian) living in a house in great Portland street and we are looking for a 5th person as our British girl is moving flat.
We enjoy socialising as a flat but also have our own social circles. An ideal flatmate would be someone respectful of shared spaces (work from home is ok in bedroom), clean & tidy, working standard office hours.

Move in (rent due from): Monday 9th of June
Location: fitzrovia, Minutes from Soho, Regents Park, Camden, Marylebone etc. (2 minutes from great Portland street station, 5 from Warren street station, 5 from regent’s park station, buses)
The house: It’s in a five bedroom, three story flat above a quiet English Pub which is shut at weekends. Flat has a huge shared living room, small kitchen, two bathrooms (shower and toilet in each).. and a rooftop terrace, perfect for the good weather coming!!!
The room: The room itself is large and includes the bed, one desk and wardrobe.
The rent: £1,100 PCM with bills included. In addition we get a fortnightly cleaner and split necessities like loo roll and cleaning materials between us.

The lodging contract is month by month (min 6) with one months rent paid in advance. One months notice to vacate. All bills are included. We are looking for someone to be in the room for at least 6 months. £1,100 deposit is required to hold the room and then rent paid monthly from the 1st of each month. We have a great relationship with our landlord who also owns the pub and is super responsive.
