Large room available in Fitzrovia by start of Sept

We are 4 girls (French/English, Finnish, Australian) living in a house in Great Portland street and we are looking for a 5th person as one girl is moving out. Females only, looking for 25+ to find someone more in line with our lifestyles and no students please.

We enjoy socialising as a flat but also have our own social circles. An ideal flatmate would be someone respectful of shared spaces (work from home is ok in bedroom but if there’s a few of us from home the wifi struggles), clean & tidy, working standard office hours.

Move in (rent due from): ASAP - room is available now and looking to find someone before start of September.

Location: Fitzrovia, Minutes from Soho, Regents Park, Camden, Marylebone etc. (2 minutes from great Portland street station, 5 from Warren street station, 5 from regent’s park station, buses)

The house: It’s in a five bedroom, three story flat above a quiet English Pub which is shut on weekends and closes by 11pm. Flat has a huge shared living room, small kitchen, two bathrooms (shower and toilet in each) and a rooftop terrace, perfect for the current good weather.

The room: The room itself is large and includes the bed, a couch, wardrobe, bedside tables.

The rent: £1,250 PCM with bills included. In addition we get a fortnightly cleaner and split necessities like loo roll and cleaning materials between us.

The lodging contract is month by month (min 6) with one months rent paid in advance and one months notice to vacate. All bills are included. We are looking for someone to be in the room for at least 6 months. £1,250 deposit is required to hold the room and rent paid monthly from the 1st of each month. We have a great relationship with our landlord who also owns the pub and is super responsive.
