Cosy cheap room In Central London

We are 3 girls and 1 boy (French, English, Finnish, Australian) living in a house in Great Portland street in super central London and we are looking for a 5th person as one girl is moving out. Females preferred, looking for 25+ to find someone more in line with our lifestyles and no students please.

We enjoy socialising as a flat, watching reality TV and occasional cooking and pub quiz but also have our own social circles. An ideal flatmate would be someone respectful of shared spaces (work from home is ok in living room but there are a few of us already doing so), clean & tidy, working standard office hours.

Move in (rent due from): ASAP - room is available now.

Location: Fitzrovia, Minutes from Soho, Regents Park, Camden, Marylebone etc. (2 minutes from great Portland street station, 5 from Warren street station, 5 from regent’s park station, buses). Any London tube line is within a 20 min walk!

The house: It’s in a five bedroom, three story flat above a quiet English Pub which is shut on weekends and closes by 11pm on week days. Flat has a huge shared living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (shower and toilet in each) and a rooftop terrace, perfect for the current good weather.

The room: The room is very cosy. It is also next to the kitchen and just above the pub so transparently it can be a bit loud, but housemates are respectful and quiet after 9-10pm. But, that’s why it’s so cheap!!

Additionally, the downstairs bathroom is almost entirely used by the person in the room - everyone else uses the upstairs bathroom so you almost have your own en-suite.

The rent: £780 PCM with ALL bills included. In addition we get a fortnightly cleaner and split necessities like loo roll and cleaning materials between us.

The deposit is one months rent paid in advance. All bills are included. We are looking for someone to be in the room for at least 6 months. We have a great relationship with our landlord who also owns the pub and is super responsive.
